Another Way to Bead the Ladder Stitch

Here is a short video on an alternate way to bead the Ladder Stitch. Unlike the traditional ladder stitch, you will string all your beads from your starting row onto the thread. Please watch the video below.

Here are the steps:
(1) Determine the starting row on your pattern
(2) String all the beads on that row to your thread
(3) Connect each bead together with a circular stitch.
(4) When you get to the end of your row, “lock” your beads by passing your thread through the last two beads, twice.
(5) Continue building your brick stitch rows.

Give it a try and see if you find it easier to work with than the traditional ladder stitch beading.
