Finishing Off With a Decorative Bead

Earlier I posted 4 ways to finish off your bead pattern with loops or tube beads to make it easier to convert your piece into a jewelry component. Click here to view.

Today I am adding 2 more methods. These styles work great if you want to integrate the finish into your design. I usually use a larger bead and loop or tube bead to create this look.

In the Sword photo below, I use a faceted bead for the handle with a beaded loop.

With the yellow Ice Cream below, I used a round bead with a metal crimp bead.

I hope these diagrams help to make your bead weaving adventures easier and a lot more fun!

Thank you for following my Bead Crumbs!

Please Note: Fireline is recommended with the crimp beads due to the bead's sharp edge. You may substitute the crimp bead with a large hole spacer or other type of bead.
